This installation speaks of human relationships. Of emptiness and silence. It speaks of absent friends, impossible loves, distant relatives, and unrealizable dreams. It attempts to convey the noise produced by feelings.

The integrated audio was constructed using excerpts from the song "Face to Face" by the English band Siouxie and the Banshees, sound fragments from the film Iron Man, and recorded city noises. Everything was composed using the "sound collage" technique.

On a formal level, the piece was developed through graphic experimentation. Images were appropriated and intervened, while others were drawn and worked on in the printmaking studio with elements of visual expression. Each image was processed from photocopies, texture transfers, and filtered in editing programs to imbue them with new content and meaning.
