Shipping and Returns Policy
1. 🚚 Shipping Policy and Delivery Times
Shipping Cost: Free Shipping! We offer free standard shipping worldwide. The shipping cost is already included in the final price of each product to ensure you never pay extra at checkout.
Order Processing (Production): All our products are made to order (Print-on-Demand). The processing time (printing, quality control, and preparation for shipment) is approximately: Germany: 3 to 9 business days – Rest of Europe: 7 – 14 business days – Rest of the World: 10 – 20 business days, before the package leaves the warehouse.
Estimated Delivery Time (Transit): Total delivery time varies based on your location and the local logistics provider we assign.
Local Optimization: We actively work to select printing providers in the delivery region (USA, Europe, etc.) to minimize transit time. Your order may arrive significantly earlier than the maximum limit.
Multiple Shipments: Products may be sent in separate packages if they come from different suppliers.
2. ↩️ Returns and Exchanges Policy
Damage or Manufacturing Defects (Free Exchange): If the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, we cover 100% of the replacement and associated costs. Contact us within 30 days with clear photos and videos of the defect.
Returns Due to Customer Error (Customer Charges): We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing errors, color choices, or change of mind, as these are made-to-order items. If an exceptional return/exchange is accepted, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs for the return and subsequent re-shipment.
Address Errors: We are not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
